Tuesday

I don't want to do this, but I don't think I have any choice. I have to let Elizabeth cry it out tonight. Not alone, I will go in and sooth her, but I can't pick her up or rock her. She is spoiled by the rocking (my own fault) and now she can't put herself to sleep AND she is crying every single time she wakes up at night so I can rock her back to sleep. Needless to say I am dead tired today. I don't mind getting up with her, I love it, but my concern is she will not be a well adjusted child. I don't want a three year old who can't go to sleep on her own. Madison is like that and Marlene has the worst time getting her to bed, plus Madison wakes up a few times every night like an infant. So I really need some prayers that Elizabeth will be ok and fall asleep fast, and only have one night of crying it out. I let her cry a bit for her morning nap. I put on her mobile and she fussed a little and then fell asleep on her own. She has been sleeping for two hours, what a good nap. I just finished wrapping her Christmas presents (I'm so excited). I will post a picture after I put them under the tree. The picuters posted here are from yesterday, this was what we spent the day and evening doing.
