Play Date and Other Things

Yesterday Elizabeth and I went over to my neighbor Lisa's house for a play date with her and her daughter Rachael. Rachael is four months older than Elizabeth. Lisa and I were so excited to be pregnant at the same time and both having girls. Anyway the play date was great. The girls got along so well. I was really pleased at how sweet Rachael was with Elizabeth. They both seem to have the same temperment. I just know they are going to be great friends. I'm happy also to have a chance to become better friends with Lisa, she is such a nice person. We really have so much in common, and we have the same views about raising kids. So below are pictures from our play date.

Today we went to the Coral Square Mall with my Mother & Father-In-Law and Brother-In-Law. We had a good time. I really like that mall, I did not realize it had so many cool stores. That will now be my place to shop. It was so cute when we first got there b/c Elizabeth saw the Merry Go Round and she asked in her own baby way to go on it. She was soooo excited!!!! So we took her on it. I stood and held her on the horse and Tom rode the horse next to her. She looked so cute, and she was so happy. She also loved seeing Daddy ride the horse next to her. After that we walked around, I bought her some books, and we all had Barney's coffee. My mother & father-in-law bought Elizabeth a dress with matching hat, socks and shoes. They also bought her two stuffed animals, pants, a book and t-shirt from the Disney sotre. That was so sweet of them. Elizabeth is so blessed to have so much love around her from both sides of the family. We went out to dinner, and then called it a day. Loved spending time with the family - it is the BEST.

Tomorrow we are staying home to do laundry and clean out our garage. This coming week we have two play dates and Mommy & Me, should be a great week.
